Horrendous Aftercare
A car bought from here nearly new as an ex VW staff car had a serious paint job done, all but roof and boot. This was not declared and when the lacquer starting peeling it was discovered. Warranty was now invalid. Above all the arrogance of the Brand Manager shown through above all else. Was no help, 'At the end of the day i didn't sell you the car so it's not my problem'. Welcome to VW Shame, sorry Dane
