poor work
I have bought many cars from Peugeot , mainly from Maidstone and I am very dissapointed with them. I get good service from the counter staff and from the service department but when it comes to having any work done the mechanics are useless. I have recently had to have 2 radiators fitted ,the first had to done because they put a hole in it whilst carrying out work on another part of my car (Peugeot 308) and the second because that had a split in it. Whilst inspecting the work carried out i have noticed that they have made dents and marks on the new one, I am now concerned as to how long its going to be before I have problems with it. Peugeots response is always "Its under warranty so if it leaks then bring it back and that it was ok when it came out of the box" but I dont want to have to keep going back. if I had my washing machine repaired and the part was damaged it would not be fitted so Why cant they do the job properly the first time and give me the quality of work I want and deserve as a valued customer ? I have paid alot of money for my vehicle and expect an excellent after sales service but dissapointingly I just dont get it. I have placed an order for an RCZ but have many doughts as to whether to complete purchase because of the very poor aftersales service. Second radiator fitted yesterday 14th May 2011, am now going to try to get some answers from the service manager but dont have much hope.
