Unhappy customer
Purchasing a car
Purchased a used car from them within a couple of days engine management light came on. Took it back to them after they reluctantly agreed to fix the car 6 weeks later still have not got the car back. Will not give me a replacement car or money back. Obviously cannot fix the car. Funny reading that they are a family run business who repairs cars in a timely manner. I think not!!

Poor service and hidden costs
They give one cost over the phone and then when you go to pick the car up, it has suddenly jumped up by over £100. When questioned why the increase, they just say it was more work than they thought. This has happened twice so I'm sure they just trick people into thinking costs are low and then hit you with a bigger bill when you are locked in. Not good service!
