Not Happy
I took my fiesta up to solve a leak in the roof. when they had finished i took the car home. The following day i realised the parsell shelf was missing and there were dirty finger marks on the inside roof cover. I phoned them up and the woman on the phone spoke down at me and wanted me to pick the shelf up. The customer service was pathetic.
