Zero Customer Service & Extortionate Prices
Went to Cardiff Audi with an electrical problem (break lights would come on overnight when it was cold). They charged £125 diagnostic free only to suggest changing the light at a cost of £89! Didnt work of course. They also wanted to charge over £1000 for a CV joinjt split, belt and pully. Had this done for £60 + Vat at my local garage who didnt charge for the pully as they said it wasnt causing a problem! AVOID THIS PLACE
